Confidentiality

• Unless explicitly told otherwise, you accept that your project may be streamed in progress on the ZenBearDigital Twitch Channel.
• Upon request, full privacy during and after a project until a specified agreed-upon date will be provided. After that date, I will be able to add work to my portfolio and promote it.

Subject Matter

• I am willing to work with most styles and types of content. If a project encounters a subject matter, topic, content, or theme I find myself uncomfortable working with, you will be informed before the project begins.
• Some topics I do not want to work with:
  • Radical Political Messaging
  • Racism, sexism, sexual/body shaming, bullying, any hate speech.

Project Requirements

• Work will not begin until both parties agree upon the brief and deliverables.
• Work will not begin until all assets have been provided by the client.
• Work will not begin until at least a 50% deposit has been made.

Revisions

Each project comes with 3 revisions.

• If more revisions are requested beyond what is offered in the project, then it will incur a fee per concurrent revision.
• If multiple major revisions are brought forward, a re-evaluation of the project will happen.
• All revision notes must be provided in one correspondence. This is to avoid contradicting revision notes and also as each correspondance counts as 1 revision.
